Sunday Buffet: Relax and feast on a starter buffet consisting of tasty selections of dishes, including carioca grilled prawns, oxtail potjie, chicken trinchado, traditional Brazilian black bean and meat stew (feijoada) and a selection of salad ingredients to make a custom salad. This is followed by the meat Rodizio as the main course, with an array of beef, lamb, chicken and pork cuts that will be brought to your table by Rodizio’s trained carvers (gauchos).
Joss Platter: Delight in a platter of delicious calamari tubes, deep-fried squid head (or chouriço) surrounded by 16 butterfly grilled prawns.
On Saturday, 24 August Melrose Arch will team up with LiquidChefs Mobile and Fancy Affairs again to host the extremely popular The Lounge At Melrose Arch. This is a sophisticated spot for visitors to soak up the African sun and enjoy cocktails and canapés on the Square.
